1. Right of Return

At ZOOZOO BRUSH™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used toothbrushes cannot be returned.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted for a refund.


3. Return Reasons and Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund

Change of Mind:

  • Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted for toothbrushes due to hygiene regulations.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 14 days after approval

  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product has been damaged or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect it


5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used toothbrushes

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
